Kulmos – WhatsApp Messaging Integration

Kulmos is a business management software platform used mainly by businesses in the elevator service sector and certified elevator inspection sector to manage customer relationships, service calls, and billing.

The Kulmos WhatsApp integration allows businesses using the Kulmos system to send WhatsApp messages to their customers through the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

These messages may include:

• Service notifications

• Invoices, receipts, quotes, inspector's reports

• Updates regarding customer service calls

• Other operational updates related to services provided to the customer

 

The following information may be processed for the purpose of sending WhatsApp messages:

• Customer phone numbers provided by the business

• Message content generated by the business (such as invoices or service notifications)

• Message delivery status information returned by the WhatsApp Business Platform

 

Kulmos does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be processed when necessary to deliver WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

 

All information processed through the WhatsApp integration is used solely for the purpose of delivering business communications requested by the business using the Kulmos system.

 

WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and may therefore be subject to Meta’s privacy policies and data processing practices.

תוכנת קולמוס היא מערכת לניהול קשרי לקוחות, קריאות שירות וחשבוניות עבור עסקים בעיקר בתחומי חברות שירות למעליות ובודקים מוסמכים למעליות.

האינטגרציה של קולמוס עם WhatsApp מאפשרת לעסקים המשתמשים במערכת לשלוח הודעות ללקוחותיהם באמצעות פלטפורמת  WhatsApp Business של חברת Meta.

הודעות אלו עשויות לכלול, בין היתר:

• הודעות שירות

• שליחת חשבוניות, קבלות, הצעות מחיר, דוחות בודק

• עדכונים לגבי קריאות שירות

• אישורים או הודעות תפעוליות אחרות הקשורות לשירות שניתן ללקוח

• לצורך שליחת הודעות ווטסאפ ייתכן עיבוד של המידע הבא:

 

• מספרי טלפון של לקוחות כפי שנמסרו לעסק

• תוכן ההודעות הנשלחות (כגון חשבוניות או הודעות שירות)

• מידע טכני על מסירת ההודעה כפי שמתקבל מפלטפורמת  WhatsApp Business

​תוכנת קולמוס אינה אוספת מידע אישי ממשתמשי WhatsApp מעבר למידע שכבר קיים במערכת ה-CRM של העסק ונדרש לצורך שליחת ההודעות.

קולמוס אינה מוכרת, משכירה או משתפת מידע אישי עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק.

כל המידע משמש אך ורק לצורך שליחת הודעות שירות ותקשורת עסקית בין העסק ללקוחותיו.

 

ההודעות נשלחות באמצעות פלטפורמת WhatsApp Business של חברת Meta ולכן עשויות להיות כפופות גם למדיניות הפרטיות ולנהלי עיבוד המידע של Meta.
